1. Who You Are Contracting With

Fate is operated by Derrick Price ("we", "us", "our"). By using Fate, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Fate. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

All purchases made through Fate are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Paddle is the seller of record, handles payment processing, issues receipts, and is responsible for managing refund and dispute requests. Your purchase contract for digital content is with Paddle, not directly with us.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact Paddle support directly. We support Paddle's standard refund window and do not override their buyer protections. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Premium Content

Premium Decks and Bundles unlock additional in-game content. Content is delivered digitally and is available immediately upon purchase confirmation. Host-purchased content is shared with guests in the same active room session only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app if you are under 18.
  • Attempt to bypass payment or access premium content without purchase.
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
  • Use the app to harass, harm, or target other users.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Fate at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

8. Service Disclaimer

Fate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app. NEVER DRINK AND DRIVE.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
